Built a 24/7 dish-rating kiosk and bilingual staff feedback platform across four daily meal services, with offline sync, secure sign-in and analytics.

Standardised a mixed English/Chinese catalogue and surfaced 579 SKUs across 231 potential substitution groups for procurement review.

Connected Google and Microsoft calendars with WhatsApp and Telegram. Paired constrained AI parsing with deterministic scheduling, human approvals and automatic booking.
Technical details & evaluation
- Canteen tools: containerised deployments, PostgreSQL storage, Microsoft Entra authentication, offline sync and analytics dashboards.
- Forecasting: filtered 166 incomplete service windows from 229,646 anonymous tap records; achieved 10.4% MAPE and 0.857 R² across 181 walk-forward predictions; produced 14-day forecasts.
- Catalogue normalisation: rules-based pipeline organised 2,018 SKUs into 12 categories and 1,670 product groups. Potential substitutions were flagged for review.
- Appointment assistant: FastAPI and Next.js, constrained LLM parsing, deterministic scheduling and approval controls; 160+ automated tests of core workflows.
- Menu publishing: automated Excel-to-web updates with Python, schema validation, change detection, GitHub Actions and scheduled Docker jobs. Maintained a 147-date archive and refreshed kiosk and display menus every five minutes.
